Muller Martini Pantera Perfect Binder incorporating 1571 16 station gathering unit, ASIR - Automatic Signature Image Recognition and reject Gate
Compared to the Tigra listed below, the Pantera features a wider range of sizes including A4 Landscape at an increased speed up to 4000 cycles per hour. We are now able to produce PUR bound products on this machine using a separate PUR glue pot.
Muller Martini Merit S Trimmer
Superior quality three-knife-trimmer with short
make ready times for soft back books. With our conveyors, it allows
us to trim perfect bound books in line at the end of the Tigra
perfect binder, which reduces the handling and therefore the cost
of your job.

Zoll Diplomat joggers with roller pressers and air tables
MBO K79 4KTLL Folder; capable of folding and section
folding from B1 sheets
MBO K69 4KTL Pile Lift Folder; capable of folding
and section folding from SRA1 sheets
4 headed IRAM 12 Drill
This paper drill is used for drilling holes in perfect
bound books and magazines so that they can be inserted into ring
binders. It is also suitable for drilling 1 to 4 holes through
single leaf leaflets, folded leaflets, collated ring binder sets,
calendars and saddle-stitched books. The size of hole can be altered.
