New Year - New Website
During regular analysis of our business, we highlighted that we had the potential to provide our customers with much more information and help than available.
The website had also become a bit out of date. So we took the decision to introduce more information to the site and update it at the same time.
We feel it is very important to give our customers as much advice and help as possible.
This new site includes our new Company logo which has undergone a revamp.
We have added a printable map which has also been specially designed and there are direct links to our email and the BPIF website.
Installation of Muller Martini Merit S a Great Sucess
In June last year we installed the Merit S trimmer. The new trimmer, conveyor and stacker system completely replaced our old trimmer and conveyor which had become unreliable.
We expected improvements to be made but even we were not prepared for such a great impact on our business and the positive effect it has made on our productivity.
The brand new trimmer has generated quicker set up times with fewer breakdowns. It is fully compatible with our Tigra Binder and collator creating our most efficent perfect binding line to date.
The trimmer has opened up our capacity enabling us to provide you with shorter and more accurate lead times.
Email Addresses and Enquiries
We are trying to cut down on the amount of paperwork we produce and therefore want to encourage those of you who have access to email and use emails as a means of communication to forward your requests for quotes via email.
We have a broadband connection so we can act on your requests as soon as we receive them.
For those of you who prefer to conduct business by telephone, fax and deal with us personally please continue to do so. |
